Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination. All credit cards are subject to an authorization hold at the time of placement. Funds are collected separately, usually within 24 hours of placement of order. SALES TAX All sale taxes are included in our prices. REFUND POLICY If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days upon receipt. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. All returns must be approved by Olga Fisch Folklore. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at folklore@olgafisch.com. Please include your order # and item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization # which must be included on or in you return package. DAMAGES If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
